Texas Style Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients:
Ripe avacados, mayonaise (sub light mayo for less fat), hot salsa (we use Hot Pace Picante sauce),
onion powder, lime juice (fresh squeezed or concentrated).
Instructions:
1. Mash ripe avacados in a deep bowl.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of mayonaise for every 2 or 3 avacados.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of hot salsa for every 2 or 3 avacados.
4. Add 1/4 teaspoon of onion power for every 4 avacados.
5. Add 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice for every 2 or 3 avacados.
6. Mix together well.
