Fruit & Oat Yogurt

fruit and oat yogurt

Ingredients:

2 cups (16 ounces) all natufaral fat-free plain yogurt

1 cup quick-cooking oats

1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained (or any other fruit)

1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted

2 medium firm bananas, sliced

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, oats, pineapple and almonds

2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. Serve with sliced bananas.

4. Enjoy!

Yield:

4 servings

One serving (3/4 cup) equals 370 calories, 10g fat (1g saturated fat), 2mg cholesterol, 85mg sodium, 58g carbohydrate, 5g fiber, 13g protein.
